Who you areTo be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.
What you will bring- Ensure accuracy of trackers and on time delivery of reports
- Maximize sources and ensure applicants and hiring managers are provided timely feedback
- Foster and maintain good applicant experience
- Must be willing to work (on-site) in Ortigas, Pasig City
- Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment using industry-aligned staffing methods
- Ability and confidence to collaboratively work with hiring managers and other stakeholders with diverse backgrounds
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems (preferred)
- Effective in the utilization of tools (Google Suite, Slack, G Meet, etc.)
Bachelor's Bachelor’s/College Degree or relevant discipline

Qualifications: Must-have - Bachelor’s level degree required; preferred fields of study include: Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field - 2 to 3+ years of related experience working in a Human Resources/Recruiting environment with a heavy emphasis on end to end recruitment - Experience in recruiting a variety of corporate roles in high volumes - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment - Strong talent sourcing skills utilizing a number of sources to find the best talent - Excellent organization and communication skills - Previous background in implementing a recruitment strategy - Previous experience with equality monitoring processes and procedures - Proficient in suite of Microsoft packages - Working knowledge of computerized HR/Recruitment systems - Above average English communication skills (both oral and written)
