What you have
  • Must be willing to work (on-site) in Ortigas, Pasig City
  • Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment using industry-aligned staffing methods
  • Ability and confidence to collaboratively work with hiring managers and other stakeholders with diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems (preferred)
  • Effective in the utilization of tools (Google Suite, Slack, G Meet, etc.)
Education

Bachelor's Bachelor’s/College Degree or relevant discipline

Job Description: Tasks - Manage the recruitment process end to end dealing with high volumes of recruitment activity - Develop and drive creative initiatives to build the IQ-EQ brand in the local market - Create, update & upload job descriptions and job specifications onto the website, recruitment system, and external job boards - Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes - Coordinate interviews and diary management - Manage and maintain the Smart Recruiters system ensuring all data is accurate and up to date - Ability to work with applicant tracking systems, resume databases, and excel spreadsheets - Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team - Promote the company’s reputation as the “best place to work” - Ad hoc recruitment administration duties

Project Duration: 1 Year

Qualifications: Must-have - Bachelor’s level degree required; preferred fields of study include: Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field - 2 to 3+ years of related experience working in a Human Resources/Recruiting environment with a heavy emphasis on end to end recruitment - Experience in recruiting a variety of corporate roles in high volumes - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment - Strong talent sourcing skills utilizing a number of sources to find the best talent - Excellent organization and communication skills - Previous background in implementing a recruitment strategy - Previous experience with equality monitoring processes and procedures - Proficient in suite of Microsoft packages - Working knowledge of computerized HR/Recruitment systems - Above average English communication skills (both oral and written)
