The Qualifications We Seek
  • Minimum of 7 years' proven experience as an HR Generalist, with hands-on exposure across the full spectrum of HR functions
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting mid- to senior-level Project and Program Management roles (preferred)
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent acquisition platforms to source and engage top candidates
  • Strong business communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive HR and employee data
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Positive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset , with resilience in handling challenges
  • Self-driven and collaborative team player who thrives in both independent and team settings
Your Daily Tasks
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, qualifying, and closing candidates
  • Successfully place offshore talent with Australian clients
  • Provide candidates with timely updates throughout the recruitment process
  • Prepare and organize interview packs
  • Support HR and recruitment teams with administrative tasks
  • Oversee employee relations and address workplace concerns
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Promote workplace safety and wellness initiatives
  • Design and facilitate training and development programs to support employee growth
