At least 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in retail operations, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry. Proven track record in sales management, inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service. Strong leadership, team management, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal — including the ability to write professional business letters, proposals, and email correspondence. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects. Proactive in identifying improvement opportunities and driving store performance. Flexible and adaptable; willing to work on weekends and holidays as needed. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant software applications. Knowledge of retail management software and POS systems. Job Summary The Senior Sales & Retail Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing the daily operations of all For Keeps retail stores and kiosks. The role ensures effective communication across stores, drives sales performance, manages inventory, and upholds brand standards. This position also supervises Sales Supervisors and Sales Associates, coordinates with Marketing and Logistics for promotions and campaigns, and serves as the main contact for institutional and corporate accounts. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership, sales management, and business communication skills to support the company’s retail growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Sales Performance 1.1 Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. 1.2 Drive continuous improvement in store sales performance and identify opportunities for growth. 1.3 Explore and negotiate with new retail partners to expand distribution channels and secure favorable terms. 1.4 Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns. 1.5 Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, partners, and institutional clients. 1.6 Optimize product placement and visibility across all stores, kiosks, and special events. 2. Store Operations Management A. Store Operations 2.1 Oversee all kiosk and retail store operations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and company objectives. 2.2 Supervise, train, and support both Sales Supervisors and Sales Associates in meeting sales, service, and compliance goals. 2.3 Facilitate consistent store communication and coordination across all locations. 2.4 Lead new store openings, event setups, and bazaar ingress/egress as required. 2.5 Coordinate with Marketing, Merchandising, and Logistics Teams to ensure smooth operational execution. 2.6 Manage operational budgets, sales‑related expenses, and resource allocation. B. Inventory Management 2.7 Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and coordinate replenishment activities. 2.8 Ensure timely reporting of store inventory movement and consolidation of Sales Offtake per store. 2.9 Oversee planogram (POG) compliance and product display standards. 3. Sales Team Leadership & Training 3.1 Directly manage and mentor Sales Supervisors to ensure effective supervision of their assigned stores and Sales Associates. 3.2 Conduct regular performance reviews, store visits, and evaluations of both Supervisors and SAs. 3.3 Identify training needs and facilitate skills development programs to strengthen the sales and operations teams. 3.4 Ensure adherence to company policies, incident management procedures, and disciplinary protocols. 3.5 Promote teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence across the retail network. 4. Staffing, Deployment & Retention 4.1 Ensure all kiosks and stores are manned by qualified, well‑trained Sales Associates. 4.2 Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of Sales Supervisors and SAs. 4.3 Recommend promotions, transfers, or disciplinary actions in coordination with HR. 4.4 Work closely with HR to ensure timely manpower replacement and employee retention programs. 5. Reporting & Sales Administration 5.1 Prepare, review, and submit timely sales performance reports, market insights, and store audit summaries. 5.2 Consolidate weekly sales and inventory reports from Supervisors and stores. 5.3 Maintain accurate and updated records of all retail operations, staff data, and performance metrics. 6. Institutional & Corporate Accounts 6.1 Serve as the point person for Institutional and Corporate Accounts, handling client coordination, order fulfillment, and B2B initiatives. 6.2 Work with internal teams to ensure efficient execution of corporate orders and promotional activities. 7. Other Duties 7.1 Support additional assignments or projects as may be directed by the immediate superior or management.
