The Sales Manager – Retail is responsible for driving sales performance, managing store operations, and overseeing retail staff across multiple department store locations. This role is critical in achieving revenue targets, optimizing customer experience, and maintaining strong partnerships with department store concessionaires. The ideal candidate is results-driven, strategic, and adaptable, with a solid grasp of the Philippine retail landscape. Requirements Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily retail operations across multiple store locations. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. Manage relationships with department store partners such as SM, Robinsons, Landmark, Rustan’s, Ayala Malls , and others. Monitor sales trends, analyze performance metrics, and develop action plans to address underperforming areas. Supervise and mentor store staff; provide regular training, coaching, and performance evaluations. Ensure proper stock levels, inventory accuracy, and merchandising standards in line with brand and partner guidelines. Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions, campaigns, and in-store events. Negotiate for optimal store placements and improve overall brand visibility within department stores. Uphold exceptional customer service standards across all touchpoints. Submit regular reports and presentations to senior management, including sales forecasts and performance analysis. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within the retail industry. Strong background in handling multiple store locations within a department store setting . Proven ability to work with major department store partners in the Philippines. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Advanced understanding of retail operations, inventory control, and visual merchandising. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and retail POS systems. Experience using data analytics tools is a plus. Willingness to travel between store locations and work on-site as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
