RESPONSIBLITIES Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support Partner with product development and buying teams to estimate product/service demand Brainstorm advertising ideas with senior management Evaluate and optimize marketing and pricing strategies. Analyze market trends and prepare forecasts. Generate new business leads. Increase brand awareness and market share. Coordinate marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments. Develop and manage the marketing department's budget. Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns. Manage the marketing department's staff. Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports to senior management. Promote our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events. Keep informed of marketing strategies and trends. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field Proven experience in digital marketing Experience in a management or leadership role, such as overseeing a team of marketing personnel, is frequently required.
