Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Online Chat & Email Tech Support team. No degree is required as full training is provided. Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through step-by-step resolutions. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when required. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to deliver accurate support. Work collaboratively with team members to improve the customer service process. Handle multiple chat and email conversations efficiently while maintaining quality service. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Ability to type quickly and accurately. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with web-based tools. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Customer-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude. Experience No prior experience is required – full training will be provided. Previous experience in customer service, tech support, or a related field is a plus. Working Hours Flexible shifts available, including full-time and part-time options.
