Work Arrangement: 1 month onsite training thenHybrid (2x onsite, 3x WFH per week) Work Schedule: 8pm – 5am PHT We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Sales Administrator to support our client's Strategic Accounts team. This role ensures our account executives can stay focused on client relationships and strategic growth by managing the operational and administrative aspects of the sales process. The ideal candidate has experience in a sales support or sales operations function, is fluent in Microsoft 365 apps, and is comfortable working across multiple systems to maintain data accuracy, process consistency, and vendor coordination. About the Job Sales Support & Administration - Support account executives with client roadmap, (Strategic Business Review) SBR, and pipeline management activities. - Create, update, and maintain quotes and proposals in QuoteWerks, ensuring pricing, configurations, and terms are accurate. - Manage vendor and distributor communications — including quote requests, follow-ups, and status updates - Coordinate order processing, procurement requests, and approvals between sales, operations, and finance. Data & Process Management - Maintain integrity of client and opportunity data across systems, including AutoTask, QuoteWerks, and internal trackers. - Develop and manage reporting dashboards and documentation within Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams). - Support the creation of recurring pipeline, forecast, and performance reports for leadership. Account Executive Support - Partner with AEs to prepare for Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs) using Scalepad and internal roadmap data. - Assist in compiling client-facing materials. - Provide scheduling, coordination, and logistical support for client meetings and internal strategy sessions. Cross-Functional & Vendor Coordination - Serve as the primary liaison between sales, operations, finance, and external vendors/distributors. - Ensure all product and pricing information from vendors is current and accurately reflected in internal templates. - Coordinate with procurement and service delivery to ensure smooth transitions from quote to order. Your Qualification - Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or administrative roles, ideally in a B2B environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook).Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities. - Proven ability to maintain accuracy and consistency across data, documentation, and communications. Nice to Have: - Experience interfacing with technology vendors and distributors for quotes, orders, or product details. - Familiarity with CRM reporting and process documentation.
