What You’ll Do- Support the Sales Team: From managing client inquiries to processing orders, you’ll be the backbone of our sales operations, helping the team meet and exceed targets.
- Manage Sales Documentation: You’ll handle contracts, proposals, and quotes, ensuring every detail is accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate Communication: Liaise with customers, sales representatives, and internal departments to ensure everyone is aligned and informed.
- Analyze Sales Data: Track and report on sales metrics, helping identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Enhance Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer requests are promptly addressed, providing a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Strong Organizational Skills: You’re detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks with ease.
- Excellent Communication Abilities: You can confidently interact with clients and team members alike.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM software, Excel, and other sales tools is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in any Business or Engineering course
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Sales Administrator or other administrative role is a must
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs is an advantage
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
- Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines
Your salary on the 3rd month will be based on your performance and level of experience
