We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by researching products, providing proposals to clients, and ensuring customer service throughout the sales process. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to our success in meeting customer needs and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities Conduct research on products and services upon receiving purchase requests to gather relevant information for proposals. Prepare and present various proposals to clients, offering them a range of options to choose from based on their requirements and budget. Follow up with clients in a timely manner to ensure their needs are met and address any questions or concerns they may have. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and proposals. Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide necessary support and ensure smooth sales operations. Assist in generating sales reports and analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Coordinate with internal teams such as production, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor information to effectively position our offerings and provide valuable insights to clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, presentations, and other collateral to support the sales process. Requirements Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support, or similar role. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing proposals and maintaining records. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment effectively. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic sales environment.
