Mineman Pacific Inc. Overview MINEMAN Systems is looking for a dedicated Marketing Administrator to join our Managed Service Business Unit. We are a privately owned medium-scale company that provides the MINEMAN Software and associated services to some of the world’s largest mining companies. Our software helps clients manage metal commodity sales, forecast revenue, and track cash flow. We pride ourselves on our integrity, business ethics, and the high regard we have for our staff, service providers, and clients. Our offices are in Australia, India, Peru, USA and the Philippines. Our Philippine Office is in Clark Main Gate Bldg., Clark, Pampanga (New Branch Office, near SM Clark) - Hiring for this Office. The Role: You’ll support our clients and learn how the mining business works while using our own software. This is not a sales role, but a unique opportunity to develop your skills across various fields, including administrative tasks, financial reporting, and data analysis, all while contributing to the success of our mining industry clients. We are an offshore back-office mining company employee, remotely located away from client processing and branches of head office sites, yet we contribute daily as if an on-site equal and part of our client’s Marketing Admin team. Responsibilities are: Coordinate and communicate all required Managed Service Client Marketing Administration with the client’s internal staff, external customers, and appointed service providers, where applicable Accurate and timely data input into MINEMAN Systems Produce invoices and shipping documents Conduct mining-related data analysis (e.g., weight comparison, element grade/assay comparison) Produce periodic reports requested by client’s marketing or internal team members Provide assistance as required to Managed Service Client’s representative, Senior Mineman staff and fellow team members Provide technical support to all MINEMAN Systems software users/clients to the level of training and experience attained Preside at client meetings On-the-job training will be provided; you will gain real-world experience in using the MINEMAN System and a thorough understanding of the Mining Industry domain We are a passionate team that values speed, quality and dependability. We want individuals with an appetite to succeed and are looking for the following to join our Clark, Pampanga team: Must be FIT TO WORK for Night Shift. Can do rotational shift. We are working 24/5, and also on weekends as needed, especially during the first week/last week of the month for client financial reporting. May work during Philippine holidays including Christmas and New Year. Preferred: A graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Mining, Chemical, Materials, Metallurgical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering (Licensed or not), Mathematics, and Statistics Also welcome: Accountancy and Finance with EXPERIENCE in Cash Flow, Journal and other finance-related reports Required Skills: Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities Customer-oriented Team player with a professional attitude and focus on business activities Ability to work with minimal supervision Multitasking proficiency and consistent delivery of high-quality work Excellent oral and written English communication skills Commitment: minimum of a 2-year service commitment before resignation Location: prefer residents of Angeles or Mabalacat, Pampanga, or nearby Clark Freeport Zone; open to relocation Please attach your TOR or copy of grades when submitting the application Location and Compliance Location: Clark, Pampanga (Philippines) with potential for remote work as needed If the position requires work overseas, be vigilant for fraud; report suspicious actions such as withholding IDs or requesting guarantees or property HR Manager, Mineman Pacific Inc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
