Overview
This is a remote position. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR, Culture & Finance Intern to join our team. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity in Human Resources, Culture Management, and Finance. The selected candidate will have the option to work either full-time onsite or in a hybrid model, with the location based in General Trias, Cavite, or the flexibility to work entirely from home.
Responsibilities- HR Duties: assist in recruitment processes (resume screening and initial interviews), support onboarding for new hires, help organize training and development programs, manage and update employee records, and support initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
- Admin Duties: provide administrative support to various departments, assist in organizing company events and activities, handle general office tasks, contribute to project management tasks (coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, and facilitating communication).
- Culture Duties: contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive company culture, assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, and collaborate to promote a healthy work-life balance.
- Finance Duties: assist in basic financial tasks (invoice processing and expense tracking), support financial reporting, and collaborate on budgeting and forecasting.
- Accounting Duties: support day-to-day accounting tasks, assist with data entry and reconciliation, and participate in month-end closing activities.
- Partner or Business Development Duties: help identify potential partners or clients, support development of partnership proposals, and conduct market research for growth opportunities.
- Other Duties: collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects, contribute to process improvements, and undertake additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Psychology or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Full-time onsite, hybrid, or full work-at-home options available.
