Overview
SENIOR EXECUTIVES, International Sales — Location: Darong, Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur. On-site, Mon–Sat; alternate Sat WFH for qualified personnel.
About the RoleThe Sr. Executive for International Sales will drive the company’s global sales initiatives, manage key international accounts, and expand market presence in the coconut and food industry sector. This role is critical to achieving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring alignment with the company’s international business strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement international sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Manage and grow existing global customer accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new international markets, distributors, and trading partners.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with overseas clients.
- Collaborate with Operations, Production, QA, and Logistics to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to management.
- Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and international sales missions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in international sales (food, FMCG, BPO, or agriculture industry preferred).
- Proven track record in business development and account management across global markets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of export regulations, trade documentation, and international shipping terms (Incoterms) is a plus
- Computer Proficient
- Willingness to work across different time zones to support international clients.
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
