We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive who is hungry to succeed and ready to make an impact. This is a full-time, on-site role in Metro Manila. You will be responsible for:

  • Driving revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets with minimal supervision.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate new markets.
  • Leveraging your existing network of industry partners to generate leads and close deals.
  • Building long-term client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conducting market research, monitoring competitors, and preparing sales reports.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals in previous roles.
  • Strong existing network of contacts in the construction, design, or building materials industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering results.
  • Expertise in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Relationship Management.
  • Skilled in Negotiation, Deal Closing, and Contract Management.
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Client Nurturing skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in the construction, manufacturing, or building materials industry is a strong advantage
