It is an independent member of the BDO Alliance USA, a nationwide association of independently owned local and regional accounting, consulting, and service firms with similar client service goals. This role focuses on providing IT support to users and helping maintain efficient technology operations within the organization. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting users both in person and via our Jira ticketing system. Learning basic administration of accounting platforms like CCH Axcess , CCH Engagement , QuickBooks , and PPC tools . Providing IT assistance across a variety of software and hardware solutions. Troubleshooting issues, resolving tech challenges, and helping our team stay efficient and productive. What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 11 , Office 365 , Teams , Teams Phones , OneDrive , and Mobile Devices . Basic experience with desktop hardware and support ticket systems . Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Entra ID , LAPS , Endpoint Protection , VPN , and Apple Products . Knowledge of Microsoft OneNote and Conferencing Technologies . Bonus Points For Experience in Accounting/Fintech environments. Familiarity with CCH products , Thomson Reuters products , ITSM/ITAM , and Zapier .
