Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Leader to head the Manila-based team. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for driving growth in the Philippines, strengthening client partnerships, and leading a sales team to deliver world-class compliance and digital transformation solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership , has a proven track record of surpassing ambitious targets, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 3–5 sales professionals.

  • Build a high-performance culture rooted in accountability and collaboration.

Strategic Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed growth targets.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across multiple sectors.

Client Engagement

  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders.

  • Act as a strategic advisor, aligning solutions with client needs in compliance and digital transformation.

Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing and product teams to design impactful go-to-market campaigns.

  • Provide market and client insights to drive innovation and service development.

Performance Excellence

  • Leverage CRM and analytics tools to track KPIs, forecast revenue, and improve performance.

  • Conduct coaching, training, and reviews to upskill team members continuously.

Market Presence

  • Represent the company at industry events, forums, and key client meetings.

  • Enhance the client’s profile as a market leader in compliance and digital transformation.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • 8+ years of business development, sales, or partnerships experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

  • Proven record of exceeding B2B sales targets in high-growth markets.

  • Background in cybersecurity, compliance, technology consulting, or digital transformation is highly advantageous.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and scaling teams.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Analytical, data-driven, and adaptable to evolving markets.
