About EO

EO Staff helps entrepreneurs and business owners scale by providing highly trained Filipino virtual assistants. We’re growing fast and need a strong Head of Sales & Operations to partner with the Founder and build the systems that take us from 7 figures to 8.

This is not a back-office role. You’ll be the Founder’s right hand, driving sales performance, ensuring client success, and managing the team to hit growth targets.

What You’ll Do Sales & Revenue Oversight
  • Own the sales pipeline: ensure every lead is followed up and tracked in CRM.
  • Build and enforce the sales playbook (scripts, cadences, objections).
  • Manage appointment setters and closers (once hired), holding them to daily/weekly KPIs.
  • Report on lead flow, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts weekly.
Operations & Client Delivery
  • Standardize client onboarding into a consistent, repeatable process.
  • Oversee client success: ensure clients achieve early wins and stay long-term.
  • Build and enforce SOPs for all recurring tasks across the business.
Team Leadership
  • Recruit, train, and manage Filipino team members (sales, ops, client success).
  • Run accountability rhythms (daily huddles, weekly meetings, dashboards).
  • Act as the bridge between the Founder’s vision and the team’s execution.
Finance & Reporting
  • Own dashboards for revenue, margins, and client retention.
  • Forecast staffing and hiring needs in alignment with growth.
  • Deliver weekly performance reports to the Founder.
Growth Enablement
  • Support the Founder in scaling one-to-many sales (webinars, partnerships, franchisor deals).
  • Ensure ads and lead gen activities are connected into a predictable funnel.
  • Anticipate problems and solve them before they hit the Founder’s desk.
What We’re Looking For
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in BPO, outsourcing, or staffing.
  • Proven track record in sales oversight + operations management + P&L responsibility.
  • Experience managing remote teams of 10+, ideally in both sales and service delivery.
  • Strong CRM knowledge (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Analytical mindset: able to build dashboards and forecast revenue.
  • Comfortable pushing back and prioritizing — you can say “no” to distractions.
  • A builder: thrives in fast-growing, entrepreneurial environments.
