Overview Vertical Sales Head (Manager to Senior Manager Level) As Vertical Sales Head , you will lead the end-to-end sales strategy and execution for our vertical projects. You will craft and deliver business plans that translate targets into results, steering your sales team, brokers, and network partners toward achieving meaningful sales goals. Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of strategic sales and account plans for all vertical projects and channels. Manage and motivate the sales force and broker network to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. Drive implementation of approved network programs, incentive schemes, and performance management systems. Build and sustain strong relationships with partner brokers and agents to expand market reach and conversion. Ensure seamless coordination with Marketing, Project, and Operations teams to align strategies and maximize sales outcomes. Qualifications At least 7 years of proven leadership experience in real estate sales, preferably handling vertical or condominium projects. Strong track record in Sales & Channel Management, Network Development, Sales Systems & Information Management , and Sales Program Execution . Strategic thinker with excellent people leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Purpose-oriented — sees sales not just as targets to achieve, but as a means to create impact, strengthen communities, and enhance customer experience. Excellent communication, influencing, and analytical skills with the ability to lead diverse teams toward shared goals.
