MARKETING MANAGEMENT

  • Understand the market and stay informed about competitors.

  • Work with the marketing team on promotions, campaigns, and loyalty programs.

  • Ensure availability of promotional materials.

SALES MANAGEMENT

  • Develop effective business strategies for long-term success.

  • Support Branch Heads in achieving sales goals through collaboration.

  • Implement training programs to enhance sales performance.

  • Set clear sales and operational targets.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

  • Evaluate Branch Heads' performance and address issues as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with the Operations Manual.

  • Train and motivate teams to excel.

  • Manage staffing requests according to operational needs.

GENERAL MANAGEMENT

  • Solve problems with practical solutions.

  • Provide updates to management on performance and issues.

  • Assist in decisions regarding expansion and growth.

  • Analyze data to support decision-making.

  • Collaborate with other departments to align with company goals.
