Responsibilities- Daily HR task case solving: address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and compliance; resolve employee grievances; log daily HR cases and track resolution times.
- Employee onboarding: pre-boarding activities, organize orientation sessions, assign mentors, ensure IT/security/administrative setups are complete, track progress during probation.
- Employee relations & engagement: develop engagement activities, conduct check-ins and feedback sessions, mediate disputes, conduct exit interviews and analyze retention feedback.
- Training & development for new joiners: assess training needs, develop materials, schedule and conduct training sessions, evaluate effectiveness, maintain training records.
- Payroll & benefits management: process payroll, manage health insurance/leave/retirement benefits, address discrepancies, stay updated on tax regulations, coordinate audits and reporting.
- Compliance & HR policies (EMEA region): ensure legal compliance, update policies, conduct compliance training, handle employment-contract-related matters and workplace disputes, maintain audit-ready documentation.
- HR analytics & reporting: collect/analyze metrics, prepare leadership reports/dashboards, support data-driven improvements, implement HR technology.
- Auditing daily HR cases: audit HR records for accuracy/compliance, identify trends, suggest corrective actions, implement best practices for case management.
- SOP creation: develop and update SOPs for onboarding, payroll, grievance handling; train staff on SOP adherence.
- Process implementation & improvement: identify gaps, implement HR best practices, automate tasks, monitor improvements in efficiency.
- Bachelor degree
- 2+ years in operations or HR-related roles
- Proficiency with HRMS and HR analytics tools; knowledge of payroll/benefits platforms
- Understanding of employment laws and compliance
- Data analysis and reporting using Excel or similar tools
- Process documentation and SOP creation expertise
- Audit and compliance tracking proficiency
- Project management for process improvement initiatives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; conflict resolution and negotiation abilities
- Empathy, active listening, adaptability to policy changes
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Locations: Taguig, Santa Rosa, PH areas; remote options subject to changes
- Salary ranges observed: Php18,000.00 – Php40,000.00 per month depending on role
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts; some roles with weekend/holiday flexibility; 13th month salary
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Experience: HR Generalist roles varying from 1–2 years (preferred)
