Responsibilities :

  • Work responsibilities include duties and requirements across HR generalist tasks: recruiting support, employee relations, policy guidance, performance management, onboarding coordination, and documentation management.
  • Recruitment and screening: Prepare, monitor and update job postings; paper-screen qualified applicants; schedule exams and interviews; coordinate store exposure as needed.
  • Interview support: Conduct initial interviews and prepare interview rating sheets; liaise with department heads, HRMD manager, and General Manager.
  • Employee relations and compliance: Act as frontline representative with schools, agencies, PESO, DOLE; handle employment concerns and job postings; prepare pre-employment documents for filing with relevant bodies.
  • Administration: File documents correctly; ensure turnover to Compensation & Benefits; maintain records; assist with onboarding and orientation; ensure policy adherence.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology or related field
  • 2 years related experience preferred
  • Strong coordination and implementation skills; computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • English language preferred

Salary : From Php18,000.00 per month

Benefits :

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay :

  • 13th month salary

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Working knowledge of different HR facets to support Operations on day to day HR queries including compensation and benefits and employee relations
  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance to partners in operation and other support departments
