Job Description:
- Prepare, monitor and update job posting on a weekly basis
- Select/paper-screen qualified applicants sourced from the HRMD database, referrals and walk-in file and schedule them for exam, interviews and store exposure as needed
- Conduct initial interviews and prepare interview rating sheet for department heads, HRMD manager, and General Manager
- Act as front line representative with different schools, manpower agencies, advertisement agencies, PESO and DOLE regarding employment concerns, job fairs and job posting
- Prepare pre-employment documents/requirements and ensure they are filed to the respective organizations/government agencies to be turned over to Compensation & Benefit
Salary : Php18,000.00 per month

- Duties and Responsibilities : Working knowledge of different HR facets to support Operations on day-to-day HR queries including compensation and benefits and employee relations
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance to partners in operations and other support departments
- Build a strong working relationship with program and support department employees
- Assist with employee relations issues and address grievances
- Drive initiatives that improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Propose company-wide activities to improve engagement
- Communicate company-wide activities and events

- Willing to work flexible schedules (including weekends and holidays)
Salary : Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
