HR GENERALIST

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Psychology or equivalent or related course
  • Preferably with 2 years of experience in related field

Job Description:

  • Prepare, monitor and update job posting on a weekly basis
  • Select/paper-screen qualified applicants sourced from the HRMD database, referrals and walk-in file and schedule them for exam, interviews and store exposure as needed
  • Conduct initial interviews and prepare interview rating sheet for department heads, HRMD manager, and General Manager
  • Act as front line representative with different schools, manpower agencies, advertisement agencies, PESO and DOLE regarding employment concerns, job fairs and job posting
  • Prepare pre-employment documents/requirements and ensure they are filed to the respective organizations/government agencies to be turned over to Compensation & Benefit

Salary : Php18,000.00 per month

  • Willing to work flexible schedules (including weekends and holidays)

Salary : Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
