OverviewResponsible for driving revenue for the company by engaging and establishing good business relationships with key partner clients and ensuring a continuous flow of projects for the company.
Responsibilities- Interpersonal Relationship Skills: Engage key partner clients and build good business relationships with them. Act as an ambassador for the company to establish goodwill among other key suppliers and represent Twincom in business and social gatherings of key partners.
- Sales and Presentation Skills: Achieve sales targets by performing the sales cycle; generate and qualify new sales leads. Conduct presentations regarding the status of projects with clients; prepare relevant and necessary documents related to maintaining the account. Act as liaison with internal departments to service existing and potential clients; ensure all projects meet the standard SLAs. Prepare the necessary sales reports. Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining product/service capabilities, and preparing contracts and other documents. Expand sales with existing accounts by introducing new products and services and developing new growth strategies.
- Business Development: Strategize with Sales and Client Services Director to drive growth; maximize existing networks to grow accounts.

Role DescriptionThe Role : In the role of the Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Logitech business. You will define the strategies and implement action plans for growth of the business with assigned channel partners in the Philippines.
Your Contribution :
- Expand local market by strategically positioning Logitech and products; explore bundling opportunities with incremental opportunities.
- Responsible for quarterly business performance.
- Act as Logitech's first point of contact for assigned channel partners.
- Plan and execute quarterly Logitech promotional activities with assigned channel partners.
- Monitor weekly business intelligence through distributor inventory reports.
- Proactively monitor, support & develop assigned channel partners in growing their Logitech business.
- Identify consumer opportunities, align with marketing priorities, and plan, execute & implement sales strategies to meet predefined Ops Targets (Profitability, Product Mix and Revenue & Linearity).
- Maintain relationships with existing partners and increase Logitech channel visibility and market share for Music and Gaming.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Cluster Portfolio Management, Channel Program Administration and other SEA functions to achieve Logitech's business objectives with assigned channel partners.
Your Skills :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management within consumer electronics.
- Proven track record in delivering sales growth and channel expansion driving market share and sales results.
- Experience with large product portfolios and ability to align with company vision and share best practices across regions.
- Strong business sense with good understanding of customers and competitors.
- Proven experience managing sales teams and distributors.
Education :
- Degree level or Masters required.
