Responsibilities
  • As a Key Account Manager (KAM), act as an influential negotiator, strategic planner and insights analyst who champions the brand’s vision and drives the business with key accounts.
  • Under the supervision of the Group Key Account Manager, build the joint business plan with the account(s) and contribute to the commercial vision by sharing risks and opportunities.
  • Forecast accurately and achieve account results (turnover, market share, profit); plan growth drivers accordingly.
  • Prepare and lead account negotiations, escalate where relevant, and create action plans to implement division and channel strategy with end-to-end execution and store-level tracking.
  • Serve as the account expert to feed retailer-centric planning, ensuring alignment and a retailer-specific development plan with a compelling story to gain retailer buy-in.
  • Develop deep customer intelligence and a strong network with key retailer stakeholders; work closely with Supply, Catman, Finance and Marketing to ensure aligned communications across L’Oréal.
  • Connect account stakeholders from all functions with their L’Oréal counterparts to maintain consistent messaging to the retailer.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Experience managing key accounts (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, e-commerce platforms, project management tools, and data analytics software.
