Requirement :
Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of proven experience as an HR Supervisor.
Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of Recruiting, HRIS, Employee Relations, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Leadership Development.
Responsibilities and Duties: Develop HR strategies, oversee the recruitment process, manage employee relations, administer payroll and benefits, and implement training and development programs.
Working Conditions: Office setting, with occasional travel for training and conferences. May require extra hours during peak HR cycles.
Qualities and Traits: Excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, analytical mindset, compassionate with a high ethical standard.
