Provide first-level support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or in person. Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Maintain and update software applications, operating systems, and security tools. Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions in Active Directory and other systems. Respond to and resolve IT support concerns. Document technical issues, solutions, and processes. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees (equipment setup, account creation). Monitor system performance and security alerts and elevate issues when necessary. Collaborate with other IT team members on larger projects, upgrades, or deployments. Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude. Willing to be assigned in Taguig #J-18808-Ljbffr
