HR Operations Lead at E-Solutions, Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region, Philippines. Work Setup: Onsite.

Position Overview

The HR Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of core HR services , ensuring seamless execution of employee lifecycle processes , and driving continuous improvements in HR systems, compliance, and employee experience . This role collaborates closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance , and other stakeholders to align HR operations with organizational goals and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. HR Operations & Process Management
    • Lead day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, transfers, terminations , and other employee lifecycle activities.
    • Oversee timely and accurate payroll execution , benefits administration , and HR compliance activities.
    • Develop, standardize, and implement HR policies, SOPs , and best practices.
    • Partner with HR leadership to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  2. Compliance & Risk Management
    • Ensure HR practices comply with all labor laws , employment regulations , and internal policies .
    • Maintain accurate and auditable employee records and HR documentation .
    • Monitor compliance metrics and proactively identify HR-related risks .
    • Oversee the management of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) , ensuring data integrity.
    • Create and analyze HR dashboards , metrics, and reports to support data-driven decisions.
    • Lead automation and digitization of manual HR processes to improve scalability and accuracy.
  3. Employee Experience & Support
    • Manage HR support services and ensure timely resolution of employee queries .
    • Partner with managers to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
    • Drive initiatives to continuously improve the employee experience across the organization.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR Operations team .
    • Establish cross-functional partnerships with HRBPs, Finance, IT, and Legal.
    • Monitor performance using SLAs, KPIs , and service delivery metrics to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources , Business Administration , or related field (Master’s preferred ).
  • 8–12 years of progressive HR experience , with 3+ years in HR operations leadership .
  • Strong understanding of labor laws , HR compliance , and industry best practices .
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms , payroll systems , and HR analytics tools.
  • Excellent organizational , problem-solving , and process improvement capabilities.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration .
  • Ability to lead in fast-paced , dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
