Job Description

Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions.

  • Partner with store , commissary and office heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning requirements.

  • Develop effective recruitment strategies

  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless new hire experience.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee concerns and disputes, provide guidance on process and policy in accordance with local labour laws and cultural norms, and ensure fair resolution practices.

  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.

Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure full compliance with employment-related laws, labor regulations, internal HR policies, and Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) standards.

  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in line with legal and operational standards.

  • Oversee disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy.

Employee Engagement

  • Design and implement employee engagement programs that promote retention, morale, and workplace satisfaction.

  • Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and recommend actionable improvements.

  • Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.

  • Drive initiatives that promote employee engagement, wellness, and positive workplace culture.

Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and implement development plans for career progression.

  • Facilitate employee learning and development.

Performance Management

  • Lead performance appraisal processes and support the company in setting KPIs and goals.

  • Provide coaching and support to improve employee performance and productivity.

HR Administration

  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for leadership review.

  • Maintain HR documentation and system information, ensuring consistent and timely updates and maintenance of data, shared folders, and relevant documentation.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and leave management.

  • Coordinate with payroll team for accurate and timely salary processing.

Supervision & Reporting

  • ·Supervise HR Assistants/Officer in daily HR tasks.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team to achieve departmental goals and ensure continuous professional growth.

  • Provide regular HR data insights (headcount, attrition, etc.)

HR Operations and Budget Management:

  • Manage the HR department’s budget, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources.

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all HR activities and programs.

  • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters.

Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5-10 years progressive HR experience.

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience as Manager

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, compensation, HRIS system, Philippine labor laws and regulatory compliance.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Highly detail-oriented and organized

  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize

  • Proactive, positive, with a problem-solving attitude

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools

  • Willing to be assigned at Tunasan, Muntinlupa
