Job Description Strategic HR Leadership Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business and operational objectives. Partner with plant and department heads to address workforce needs, organizational development, and succession planning. Drive initiatives that support employee engagement, performance improvement, and cultural alignment. Operational HR Management Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compensation, disciplinary actions, and separation. Ensure compliance with labor laws, PEZA regulations, and internal policies across all sites. Administer government-mandated benefits and company-sponsored programs such as health insurance and wellness initiatives. Employee Relations & Engagement Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures. Lead employee engagement programs that promote collaboration, motivation, and retention. Foster a culture of accountability, adaptability, and continuous improvement. Payroll & Compliance Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory and PEZA requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor regulations and ensure HR practices are audit-ready. Administrative Oversight Supervise administrative functions including procurement, vendor coordination, office maintenance, and contract management. Support alignment of administrative services between corporate and manufacturing sites. The Successful Applicant At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong understanding of PEZA regulations and labor compliance. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing multi-site operations is an advantage.
