Your Role: Take Ownership: Lead all HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Lead with Heart: Foster a supportive and inclusive culture where every team member feels heard, respected, and motivated. Ignite Innovation: Develop and improve HR systems, policies, and strategies that enhance team performance and engagement. Value Integrity: Uphold ethical HR practices and ensure alignment with organizational values and legal standards. Endeavor Excellence: Partner with leadership to support business goals through talent development, organizational planning, and effective people management. What You Bring: A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR best practices, and employee engagement strategies. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Experience in hospitality or service-oriented industries is a plus. A proactive mindset with the ability to lead and adapt in a dynamic environment.
