Job DescriptionURGENT #HIRING for Customer Service Representative and Technical Support Representative. We are looking for a personable, experienced Customer Service and Technical Support Rep. professional to join our expanding team. In this role, you will provide expert advice and information to our potential customers regarding a variety of products and services offered by our company and clients. You will play a key role in increasing our profitability and sales revenue through excellence in customer service and an informed, consultative approach to selling and client conversion.
No Assessment; only Initial and Final Interviews. Can start ASAP. Location: BGC, Taguig. Company: Tata Consultancy Service.
- Perks: Work onsite; HMO up to PHP 400,000 with coverage on day 1 (up to PHP 2,000,000 including 3 dependents); PHP 10,000 medicine reimbursement (up to PHP 40,000 with dependents); equipment provided if the company conducts a WFH arrangement.
- Salary : up to PHP 31,000 per month.
- Schedule : 8 hour shifts; multiple shift options including evening, night, overtime, and rotational shifts.
- Provide expert advice and information to potential customers regarding products and services.
- Deliver excellent customer service and apply a consultative approach to selling and client conversion.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and support sales objectives.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer information.
- Education: College Graduate in any computer-related field (for TSR only); College Undergraduate , College Level, or Associate Degree with relevant BPO experience.
- Minimum 12 months (1 year) BPO experience for some roles; 2 years (24 months) for others.
- Willingness to work onsite in Taguig.
- Excellent English communication skills.

- Education : Bachelor’s preferred; various levels considered depending on role.
