Job DescriptionWe are looking for a personable, experienced Customer Service and Technical Support Representative to join our expanding team. You will provide expert advice and information to our potential customers regarding a variety of products and services offered by our company and clients. You will play a key role in increasing profitability and sales revenue through excellence in customer service and a consultative approach to selling and client conversion. No assessment; initial and final interviews only. Start ASAP.
Responsibilities- Provide expert information and guidance to potential customers about products and services.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support to increase client conversion and sales revenue.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues with a consultative approach.
- Follow company procedures and policies for customer interactions and data handling.
- Coordinate with internal teams as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- COLLEGE GRADUATE for any computer course-related field (for TSR only) with 12+ months of BPO experience.
- COLLEGE UNDERGRADUATE, COLLEGE LEVEL, or ASSOCIATE GRAD. with 24 months (2 years) of BPO experience.
- Willing to WORK ONSITE.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Salary: Php 25,000.00 - Php 31,000.00 per month.
- HMO up to Php 400,000.00; medical HMO insurance effective Day 1 (up to 2 Million including 3 dependents).
- Php 10,000.00 worth of medicine reimbursement (up to 40,000.00 with 3 dependents).
- Equipment provided if company conducts WFH; on-site work available.
- Other benefits: paid training, opportunities for promotion, flexible schedule, transport/parking, life and health insurance, etc.
- 8-hour shift with various options (evening, night, rotational, etc.).
- Overtime and shift flexibility as applicable.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; various levels considered depending on role.
- Experience: Customer Service Representative - 1 year (preferred).
COVID-19 considerations: No specific assessment; processes conducted virtually if applicable. Onsite work in Taguig/BGC. Must be able to commute/relocate to Taguig City.
