Overview

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing key retail client relationships, driving sales growth, and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. This role involves working closely with clients, internal teams, and monitoring retail performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to meet client and company goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales data, analyze trends, and generate reports to optimize performance.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams (marketing, supply chain) to ensure smooth product delivery and customer support.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in sales/account management, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, customer-focused, results-driven, and strong organizational skills.
