Level 1 IT Helpdesk Specialist (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-TimeExperience Required: 1–2 YearsKey Requirement: Strong Communication Skills About the Role: We are looking for a motivated Level 1 IT Helpdesk Specialist to provide first-line technical support and assist with daily IT operations. You will help maintain smooth system performance, assist users with common issues, and escalate complex concerns to higher-level support when needed. Key Responsibilities: Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including user account setup in Office 365. Perform basic mailbox delegation and password resets. Monitor antivirus tools (such as ESET) and report or resolve simple errors. Log and track issues using ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution. Assist with device registration and updates. Support data backup checks and file recovery under supervision. Skills and Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles. Familiarity with Office 365 administration and user management. Understanding of antivirus tools and basic troubleshooting. Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical users. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team. Preferred: CompTIA A+ or similar certification.
