Job DescriptionDuties include diagnosing and solving customer software issues related to Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (NAV) and components, documenting issues, coordinating with consultants/developers/vendors, contributing to knowledge base, and logging time spent on support calls.
Requirements- Minimum 3 years with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (NAV) in helpdesk/consulting/end-user role
- Strong functional expertise in core modules and business analysis
