What You'll Do

Be part of our client's team as an IT Helpdesk - Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist, handling frontline IT requests, SaaS setups, and access management. You'll manage user accounts, ensure compliance, and provide efficient technical support-all while working with global teams and growing your career in IT.

What It Takes to Succeed

  • 1+ years of experience in SaaS technical support, IT helpdesk, or customer service (preferably U.S./EU clients)
  • Strong English communication skills-both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with SaaS tools (G Suite, Slack, CRMs, Jira, etc.)
  • Comfortable managing user access for SaaS apps (Figma, Miro, Salesforce, Slack, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and process discipline
  • Steady and reliable during low activity periods; strong time management
  • Tech-curious and proactive in learning new tools, updates, and processes

Your Daily Impact

  • Monitor the in-house ticketing system and acknowledge requests within defined first response targets
  • Access SaaS environments to perform provisioning, deprovisioning, changes, and simple setup workflows
  • Execute only defined steps in the runbook; pause and escalate when needed
  • Log every action with notes, request links, and supporting evidence in the system of record
  • Meet service levels for first response and resolution by request type
  • Maintain reliable shift coverage and complete clean handoffs with pending items and owners
