QuestServ Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly organized and strategic Accounting Head to oversee our financial operations.

This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting policies, and preparing timely financial reports. Supports month-end and year-end close processes, management reporting, and internal controls.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and review journal entries, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including reconciling general ledger accounts
  • Review financial transactions for accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Compile and present financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
  • Conduct variance analysis and consolidate financial data for reporting purposes
  • Maintain compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and applicable tax regulationsEnsure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and local tax laws.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate accounting or financial reporting role.
  • Experience with general ledger accounting, month-end close processes, and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., Quickbooks.)
