Overview

The Lead - Human Resources has overall HR account management responsibilities with emphasis on employee relations, assisting in the attainment of Everise’s business objectives while upholding sound HR practices. The role involves fielding HR questions from managers and associates and partnering with managers to counsel on HR issues.

Responsibilities
  • Be a regular presence on the production floor and actively interact with employees to ensure engagement and productive work. Conduct daily connections with employees to build trust and open communication.
  • Facilitate employee focus group discussions daily; capture general feedback and provide a summary report with closures.
  • Provide approachable and professional support to employees; be well-versed in company policies and procedures to address concerns without delay.
  • Act as Buddy Support to newly hired employees; engage with them during training and nesting periods to promote a positive employee experience.
  • Contribute to conceptualization, planning, and execution of activities to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate events logistics and vendor partnerships for Everise programs (e.g., Everise privileges program).
  • Perform administrative functions for the team (e.g., distribution of birthday cards, certificates).
  • Conduct regular sessions on Company Policies and Processes and cascade information to staff.
  • Report employee relation cases to the ER team and collaborate on investigations as needed.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
  • Experience: 3-5 years in Human Resources with focus on employee relations and engagement
  • Proficiency in employee relations, employee engagement, and labor relations
  • Must be amenable to on-site reporting in Ortigas, Pasig City
  • Must be amenable to night shift
