Employee Relations SpecialistLocation: Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines
OverviewAn Associate Manager reports to a Senior Manager for Human Resources in HCLTech Philippines. The role oversees the policies and tasks of the HR team within the company. The Associate Manager is responsible for employee relations, engagement, and employee development.
Responsibilities- Great understanding of Employee Relations and Philippines Labor laws.
- Excellent in reviewing and writing disciplinary action documents.
- Work closely with department managers (Team Leads, Operations Managers) and manage expectations.
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Develop company policies related to employee relations.
- Negotiate with employee representatives.
- Handle Project management within the Human resources department.
- Work closely with Deputy Manager - Human Resources.
- Support HR team with employee engagement.
- BSc in Human Resources Management or similar field
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good understanding of full employee lifecycle
