HR Employee Relations Lead, Vice President
Location: Citi Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines
OverviewWe’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Vice President, HR Employee Relations Lead - Hybrid based in Manila, Philippines. Citi provides resources to meet individual needs and supports decisions that help manage financial well-being and future planning.

- Conduct independent investigations of complex HR-related concerns, including Ethics Office and executive escalations, to thoroughly fact-find, reach investigative conclusions, recommend resolutions and mitigate risk within prescribed timeframes.
- Fully understand the Global Disciplinary Review Policy (GDR) and related standards; become a subject matter expert on GDR requirements.
- Facilitate Global Disciplinary Review meetings at all levels and review substantiated investigations, challenging findings as needed.
- Identify and implement improvements to the ER investigative process and GDR meetings.
- Adhere to established standards for detailed, auditable documentation.
- Foster strong relationships and collaboration with investigative partners (HR Legal, ICRM, CSIS, Ethics Office).
- Track and analyze trends, diagnose root causes, and develop corrective recommendations.
- Prepare clear, concise investigative summaries in accordance with applicable requirements.
- Conduct investigations of concerns arising in Asia clusters and other regions as needed.
- At least 8 years of Employee Relations or Employment Law experience or equivalent.
- Extensive investigation experience.
- Knowledge of employment policies, practices and laws and regulations.
- Ability to build solid relationships at all levels and influence collaborative outcomes; strong facilitation skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate with all management levels and across functional areas, including senior leaders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ownership and accountability; commitment to ethical standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, cross time zone environment.
- Experience working globally (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
