Other Responsibilities:
- Support client onboarding, orientations, and briefings; undertake special projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Insurance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in non-life or life insurance, preferably in customer servicing or policy administration.
- Knowledge of general insurance principles; strong MS Office and CRM skills.
- Familiarity with policy issuance and endorsements; strong communication and customer service orientation.
Internal/External Relationships: Internal coordination with Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Sales; External with principals, insurers, and clients.
