Job Description

Customer Care roles responsible for providing excellent support to clients by handling inquiries, service requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. This entails strong communication, attention to detail, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and interacting with online chats on Facebook and website.
  • Interact with other departments to resolve client issues and coordinate processes.
  • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, provide proactive outreach, track KPIs, and manage customer experiences across multiple channels.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system and ensure data accuracy.
  • Maintain current knowledge of company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information.
  • Provide backup support to other customer service staff as needed.
  • Meet and maintain department reporting metrics; participate in team meetings, training, and knowledge sharing.
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver personalized service, with adherence to quality, regulatory, and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of a four-year degree program; experience in customer service or BPO is preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience depending on role; strong customer relations skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Ability to work varying shifts as required by the role; willingness to travel or relocate as specified by the job posting.
