Overview BEVI (Beauty Elements Ventures Inc.) is looking for a results-driven Key Accounts Manager to manage and grow strategic business relationships with our key retail partners. This role will be responsible for driving sales performance, negotiating favorable trade terms, and ensuring seamless execution of brand strategies across modern trade channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of account management, category insights, and promotional planning to enhance brand visibility and profitability. As a Key Accounts Manager, you will analyze sales data, track market trends, and collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and field sales teams to optimize performance and strengthen customer partnerships. Your ability to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and execute data-driven business plans will be critical in ensuring sustainable revenue growth. We are looking for a highly strategic and commercially savvy professional with a strong background in FMCG and key account management. The successful candidate must have experience managing modern trade accounts, developing joint business plans, and executing high-impact trade marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for sales forecasting, promotional planning, and ensuring operational excellence in key retail accounts. Strong negotiation skills, an analytical mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for success in this role.
