About the role As a Key Account Manager at Knoll Ridges Consultancy, Inc.', you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing strategic relationships with our key clients. This full-time position is based in Metro Manila and will involve providing exceptional account management and driving growth within your portfolio. What you'll be doing Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction Identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand business with existing clients through proactive engagement and solution-based consultative selling Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Delivery and Finance to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs Analyse client data and industry trends to uncover insights that inform account strategy and drive growth Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reporting on account performance and pipeline Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets and deepen client relationships Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities What we're looking for Minimum 4-5 years' experience in a Key Account Management or Senior Sales role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment Demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic client relationships at the C-suite level Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling skills, with a track record of growing accounts and achieving sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills Proficient in analysing data and generating insights to inform account strategy Highly organised with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work to deadlines Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
