Job Description The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for expanding retail and distribution and increasing sales revenue while building solid relationships with key strategic accounts across the Philippines. The role drives growth of PayJoy’s innovative smartphone service in the Philippines market, building on the success of the phone financing business to meet ambitious growth goals. You will work with internal teams and external partners to ensure a successful operation in a dynamic, results‑driven, high‑change environment. Responsibilities Develop, manage and implement effective strategic plans and goals to develop new and existing strategic key accounts. Build solid and long‑lasting trusted relationships across all levels within key strategic accounts. Prepare and maintain accurate forecasts for all key strategic accounts and meet target requirements. Develop, manage and implement go‑to‑market strategies for each key strategic account. Requirements 5 – 10 years of experience with account management/trade marketing, experience working with carriers, OEMs, retailers and dealers with a strong understanding of finance and technology. Diploma in sales, leadership and management. Successful track record in key account management and building and managing an effective sales team.
