LOCATION: CEBU CITY WORK ARRANGEMENT: ONSITE SHIFT: 10:00PM – 7:00AM About The Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientedRecruiter to join our team and support our talent acquisition efforts for our US Client. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for identifying top talent. This role requires someone who can work independently, handle multiple requisitions, and maintain a high level of professionalism. Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job postings. Source candidates using various platforms (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.). Conduct initial interviews and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates. Coordinate interview schedules and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Requirements: Atleast 2 years of experience in recruitment (BPO, technical, or volume hiring experience is a plus). Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, or any related course. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Proficient in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Willing and able to work anight shift schedule. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
