About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter
 to join our team and support our talent acquisition efforts for our US Client. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for identifying top talent. This role requires someone who can work independently, handle multiple requisitions, and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job postings.
  • Source candidates using various platforms (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

  • Atleast 2 years of experience in recruitment (BPO, technical, or volume hiring experience is a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resources, or any related course.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Willing and able to work a 
    night shift
     schedule.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
