About the Role

We are seeking a US Recruiter with strong experience in sourcing, initial screening, and interview coordination for US-based positions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and an excellent communicator who can effectively manage candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth recruitment process from sourcing to scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess qualifications, interest, and availability
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams across time zones
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and updates in the ATS
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements and candidate profiles
  • Crafting compelling job descriptions
  • Manage communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the process
  • Coordinating background and reference checks
  • Track sourcing metrics and support recruitment reporting when needed
  • Other onboarding and administrative tasks as requested

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in US recruitment, focusing on sourcing, screening, and coordination
  • Proven tenure and stable work history in recruitment roles
  • Experience in the technology or healthcare industries preferred
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards)
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities
  • Comfortable working across US time zones

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
