JOB TITLE: RECRUITER LOCATION: CEBU CITY WORK ARRANGEMENT: ONSITE SHIFT: 10:00PM – 7:00AM I. WHAT YOU’LL DO Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job postings. Source candidates using various platforms (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.). Conduct initial interviews and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates. Coordinate interview schedules and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. II. REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. At least 2 years of experience in recruitment (BPO, technical, or volume hiring experience is a plus). Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, or any related course. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Proficient in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Willing and able to work a night shift schedule. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
