
Key Account Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Executive with a strong background in selling trucks and cranes, and other heavy equipment, and established connections in the construction and mining industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively. Monitor and analyze the performance of key accounts to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics sector. Present, promote, and sell trucks and cranes to key accounts, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the products and their benefits. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and customer needs.
- Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support. Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market conditions. Track sales metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement. Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to senior management.
- Bachelor''s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the trucks and cranes industry.
- Strong connections and network within construction and mining industry.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
