- Resolve design and construction issues on site. Initiate value engineering initiatives.
- Overall supervision of field activities and conduct toolbox meetings to address problems among team members.

Role: Oversee and manage projects from inception through completion, focusing on drawing approvals, liaison between departments, and delivery of elevator solutions on time and within budget.
Responsibilities and Timeline for Achievements :
- First 2 Weeks: Onboarding, understand processes, meet team, review current projects.
- First Month: Initiate project coordination on ongoing projects; manage drawing approvals; prepare safety packs and manuals; establish client communication lines.
- First 90 Days: Oversee multiple projects; monitor billing milestones; produce monthly performance reports.
- In 180 Days: Lead process improvement and team leadership; enhance client relations.
- In One Year: Strategic project management and leadership; propose PM innovations and expand project portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
- 3-5 years in project management with construction/manufacturing experience preferred.
- 1-2 years in leadership/managerial role.
- Strong multi-project management, communication, and MS Office; Salesforce experience preferred.
- Home-based requirements: fast internet, quiet home office, updated computer, headset with microphone, working webcam.
